Our Mission.
A Seat at The Table (ASATT) BBQ is a place where everyone is welcome. We're working hard to create a place to bring people together over a plate of great tasting BBQ. Buy a plate of BBQ, give to someone in need.
Our menu.
All of our meats are slowed smoked with Hickory, Post Oak and a touch of Mesquite wood on a traditional offset smoker. Try one or try them all! Check out our menu to make your pick.
Our process.
The way we manage the fire is the most important part of creating the flavor profile in our meat. We look for a blue, transparent smoke before we start cooking.

We have partnered with Jesus on Colfax to help provide meals to our friends on and around E. Colfax. When you purchase a meal from ASATT BBQ, you are helping us provide meals to those in need in the E. Colfax Community.
